At SnackBOX, we want you to love every bite, but due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a 14-day window for returns on non-perishable items and replacements for damaged snacks. Please contact our support team immediately if your delivery arrives in less than perfect condition.
Return Process

Email our team at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Documentation
For damaged or incorrect items, please attach clear photos of the product and the packaging to expedite your claim process.
- 3.Return Authorization
If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send the unopened items back to our warehouse.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement box free of charge.
